Shipping Policy
Processing time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary for individual items.
The shipping method is that of the International Parcel: to have different shipping methods contact me directly.
Customs duties and taxes on imports
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs controls.
In order to make a correct shipment, I need the recipient's phone number that will be requested together with the address.
Return & Exchange Policy
I accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return the items within: 30 days of delivery.
I do not accept cancellations
However, contact me in case of problems related to the order.
The following items can not be returned or replaced
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for:
-Custom orders
-Items on sale
Returns conditions
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of returns. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
